Nehalem Valley Care Center rests atop a hill that overlooks the quaint, little town of Wheeler and beautiful Nehalem Bay. Our center is easily accessible off Highway 101 and located roughly halfway between the cities of Seaside and Tillamook.
Our rehabilitation program is a wonderful solution for individuals who no longer require hospitalization, but do need intensive rehabilitation and recovery. Our center also offers an ideal program for residents who need assistance with routine personal care activities and health services coordination by a well-trained staff.
We offer private, one-bedroom rooms. Nehalem Valley Care Center is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare and several managed care health plans.
