Prestige Senior Living at Manteca is a new Tuscan-themed community offering a choice of 114 villas, including a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments

Every apartment or “villa” has its own kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave oven, and private bath The exterior grounds include a variety of walking paths and sitting areas within the private courtyard and patio.

Our Manteca community features a fitness gym, a health and wellness spa with a Jacuzzi and massage area, beauty salon, coffee bar, bistro café, general store and a modern theater room. The first floor villas have their own patio and many second floor villas include a balcony. In addition, a second floor Tuscany room features high ceilings and wine-themed décor providing a wonderful gathering area for family and community events.

To encourage an environment of fun, our lifetime enrichment director plans and facilitates a variety of regularly scheduled activities and special planned events to various interest points in the Bay Area.
