Prestige Assisted Living at Claremont is located in a quiet, easily accessible area just off Highway 95 nestled in the rustic hills overlooking breathtakingly beautiful Lake Havasu. We are just minutes away from the world-famous London Bridge, relocated from England, which links the mainland to marinas and a looped path in an area known as the Island.

Built in 1994, Claremont was the very first assisted living community in the Lake Havasu area. Our award-winning welcoming staff is always eager to provide all the service and support our residents need to fully enjoy the elegant surroundings and warm hospitality found at Claremont.

Whether you favor water aerobics in our indoor heated pool, visiting with friends in our private patio, taking part in the annual London Bridge Days events, or participating in a one-day excursion to the casino among friends, you will always find fun activities to do and great companions to share them with at Claremont.
